Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi i am 36 years old lady. I got operated for ACL on Nov. 19th. Now my physiotherapy exercise is on. But legs are very stiff and I am not able to fold my legs. It is too painful. Any other remedies are there to reduce the pain during physiotherapy exercise.
A muscle relaxant (flexeril or blaclofen) would help reduce the leg stiffness during physical exercise. You should discuss with your doctor on the above possible treatment options.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
