How To Treat Leucoderma?

Respected Sir, Please help me out regarding the treatment of leucoderma. Actually my 7 -year-old daughter is suffering from pre stage of leucoderma which started through vegina with itching and few cracks around. So, what should we do? Its very urgent please help us.

It is more a lifestyle condition.
The exact cause is unknown, but it may be due to an autoimmune disorder or a virus. 
Vitiligo is not contagious.
Treatment options may include ultraviolet or topical corticosteroids.
