How To Treat Lightheaded Ness, Itchy Throat, Watery Eyes?

I had cleaned earlier today using undiluted bleach due to my dog urinating in my laundry room...I feel lightheaded, itchy throat, watery eyes...I have been sitting outside for about an hour but still lightheaded some with itchy throat...what can I do? Should I worry?

Hello,
The bleach is a pungent smell and it takes time for it to go. YOu should breath in a well ventilated room or a open area .
Do warm saline gargles and steam inhalations.
There could be reaction to it. if they develop then you might need to visit a doctor and take anti histaminic medications .
