I am 44yrs old and about 148 pds 5'3 my bp stays around 116/67 my doctor says its too low, I've been on bp medicine for the last 4 yrs. My father died with enlarged heart problem 7 yrs ago. I get dizzy from time to time & nausea. not feeling too good here lately. thx
Your pressure is still in range / Lower ranges… The range for the upper figure (Systolic) is 90 to 140 mm Hg. The range for the lower figure (Diastolic) is 60 to 90 mm Hg.
Reducing the dose of you medication may bring the pressure up over the next few days Have investigations like ECG – to exclude silent ischemia
