How To Treat Lumbar Sprain?
i got in a car accident on April 17th i got rear ended. and i went to the emergency room and took x rays and they diagnosed me with lumbar sprain . my back doesn t feel any better i feel worse now. the mid right side of my back hurts and the left side of my lower back.

well you should do some more specific imaging tests to rule out is there some serious spine injury or not. so try to have mri scan. till that,try to rest. use appropriate painkillers and have physical therapy. If there is no nubness or muscle wekaness then i doubt that there is some serious injury of nerves
