How To Treat Lumps On Neck?
I have rock hard lumps on both sides of neck below ear, and behind angle of lower jaw bone which I'm assuming are glands. They have been like that for months. I have tmjd, and have had throat pain and swelling below where adams apple would be. I am a 31 year old female.

swellings below the ear on both sides could be due to parotitis.
swelling below Adam's apple should be ruled out .
if it's there for long period it could be lipoma or a enlarged lymph node.
but needs thorough evaluation .
pls consult ent surgeon and do not try self medication .
