How To Treat Lymphangioma Circumscriptum In The Episiotomy Stitches?

Hello Dr. This is Mrs. Thakur I am suffering from lymphangioma circumscriptum since two years. This is developed within the episiotomy stitches. Even though my last delivery happened 22 years ago. It gets swollen up with alot of pain and then starts bleeding. After cleared it remains silent for a month or two and again the same suffering begins. Needed some help Thank You

First of all do not panic.

The condition that you are describing is basically a benign condition of lymphatic system.
It rarely gets inflected.
If it becomes symptomatic or gets infected, then please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for antibiotic like Amoxycillin and Clavulinic acid two times a day for 5 days.

If it causes some kind of disturbance or starts increasing in size then it needs removal with laser or dermabrasion.
I will suggest you seek expert dermatologist help for the same.
