Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your complaints could be related to anxiety or a metabolic disorder.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with a neurologist and performing some cognitive tests.
Some tests are also necessary:

- a brain MRI study
- complete blood count for anemia
- vitamin B12 and vitamin E plasma levels
- blood electrolytes
- thyroid hormone levels.

If all the above tests result normal, I would recommend consulting with a psychiatrist. Performing a lot of physical activity and a healthy diet can help improve your situation.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards, Dr. Aida
