My wife has started her period on and off for the last six weeks she's getting light head yesterday she was at the store and thought she pissed her pants but when she want it the restroom she was bleeding again and she's bleeding real heavy for 3 days now

I think that for this heavy flow to stop a course of tranaxemic acids 500 mg (2 times) will be required for 5 days along with norethisterone 5mg for 5 days. Thyroid profile test is required to be done along with a ultrasound examination of lower abdomen, give her iron folic acid tablet for 1 month.
