Hello,

For pain you need to take paracetamol type of pain killer. But as you have sharper pain, it's always advisable to do ultrasound of lower abdomen to find out the cause.

For irregular periods, control weight. the common reasons are PCOS, thyroid and prolactin problems. So you need ultrasound and blood tests to find out the cause. The treatment depends on the cause. But weight control is needed in all cases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
