How To Treat Multiple Calcified Foci In Both Testes?

Dear Sir,

My left testis paining and burning for last 1.5 months. Doctor said 'multiple calcified foci in both testes L>R. I can't bear pain. What can I do sir? PLEASE HELP SIR. It's urgent. My age 23 years. Unmarried

Hello.Thanks for posting your query.

As per your description and from the usg findings it is evident that you have testicular microlithiasis which is mostly asymptomatic but in very rare cases and positive family history of germ cell tumours can lead to carcinomas.Alternatively it can lead to subfertility.so ideally an urologist opinion for managing this condition will be ideal.For pain you can take
1) T.Tramadol 50 mg 1-0-1x7days and
2) Tab Rantac 150mg1-0-1x7days and
3) Tab chymotrypsin1-1-1x7days
