Hello. thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. Persistent headache with dizziness, blurred vision and episodes of epistaxis could be due to
: Head injury causing skull base fracture at nasal roof along with recurrent CSF leak and meningitis. It can be confirmed if she is having watery discharge from nose, more on bending forward, recurrent fever, headache with neck pain, neck stiffness.
Proper management requires neurosurgeon consultation, imaging like CT cisternography to localise site. After confirmation, defect can be repaired.

: Chronic sinusitis. Headache in sinusitis occurs in forehead and cheek area, heaviness in head, nasal stuffiness, sometimes epistaxis, more headache in daytime, post nasal discharge.
For management, you can
ask her to inhale steam four times daily
ask her to avoid cold objects
Give her cetrizine, xylometazoline, paractamol combination after proper prescription. It will relieve her stuffiness and headache
Give her antibiotic like co-amoxyclav course after proper prescription.
Still no relief, consult doctor.

: It could be due to both nasal pathology like rhinitis, nasal polyp and headache like migraine or tension. Both these are different diseases. For nasal pathology, show her to ENT specialist for nasal examination. For treatment, doctor may prescribe antiallergic like cetrizine, antibiotics.
For headache, you can give her Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription. Vision evaluation is needed for need of glasses.

Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care.
