How To Treat My Daughter With CPK Level Of 2694?

Dear Dr. sb.

My daughter who is only 4 year her CPK level is 2694. I am from (Jhang -Punjab) Pakistan. I consult many many doctors but they can not satisfy us and not improve my baby. Please Please advise me that what I do and where the treatment of myopathy is being held.

Sorry to say but your baby is suffering from myopathy and muscular dystrophy.
This is a genetic disease and can be diagnosis or prevented by genetic counselling.
Normal value of CPK is up to 150 microgram/litre so your baby is having too much high level if the value is in microgram/litre.
Steroids can be given for muscle strengthening.
Vitamin E is also useful.
Gene therapy is terminal treatment.
Orthopedics appliances can be used if limb deformities.
Make a group who relieve stress.
For other medicines and ventilation, consult your physician.
