sir i am 30 year old name is rajesh 5 years ago i am suffering low back pain with left leg i can not walk or move properly and when i walk my let leg is total blocked i consul a doctor then i well ok, but last two month the same thing is come back in my ex-ray showing disc space is marginal reduce l5 s1 ,both joint are normal, lower lomber showing marginal ostopytosis he prescribed me two medicine 1.nurokind plus 2. myospaz but i cannot felt well both things is happen low back pain and left leg defective when i walk, i requested to you kindly give me correct de cession what i am do

Now-a-days, back pain is common for all. You need an X-ray picture. As of now, you need to avoid forward bending. Sleep on height beds. Do daily back strengthening exercises. Apply Diclofenac gel.
