How To Treat Neck Arthritis?

Hi I have arthritis in my neck I also have terrible fatique dry eyes and mouth no standard of living are these connected what medication would you suggest I also had a lot of stress and over thinking marriage breakdown broken heart would this have made arthritis worse

Hi,

thank you for providing the brief history of you.

As you have arthritis of the neck you need a thorough clinical examination and also the blood routine to see the possible changes occurring.

May be an MRI of the cervical spine will be advised if any neurological findings are found in the clinical examination.

Post this with simple medication and proper physical therapy you should respond well.

In my clinical practice most cases with neck arthritis are clinically examined initially, an MRI performed and then physical therapy is initiated to get the better outcome score. Majority of patients respond well and have a full fun functional life style again.
