I am sorry to hear that you are going through a hard time. I would not focus on your obesity at the moment, instead I would focus on treating your brain cancer first. I would eat as healthy a diet as possible, focusing on fresh fruits and vegetables and stay away from processed meats and other processed foods.

One fight at a time - focus on the brain cancer, and then you'll be able to beat the obesity as well! I'm rooting for you. Please feel free to let me know if you have any further questions!
