How To Treat Pain And Discomfort During Intercourse?

Hi,When having sex with my wife, she finds it very hard to take my penis inside. I hurts her a lot and gives her a burning sensation even inserting my finger.it happens sometime. Is it due to less lube? I tried a water soluble lube for the purpose but in vain. Her vagina dries out very soon.or is there any other problem with me?Its the first time she would be taking in. And she seems very uncomfortable with the girth of my penis. The question is she wants it, but without the pain....

hello sir,,
thanks fr trusting HCM doctors fr ur health related queries..
i guess ur concern is-wife having pain w.r.t intercourse..i got it
sir u havent shared few info with us....like are u couples newly married???
usually wen virgins have sex fr first or even wen couples have sex after sufficient time of gap...this kind of pain experience is common...its normal..so chill,relax..nothing to worry...
usually gets settled down with time...
then age of ur wife....usually wen women get older these vaginal structures bcom dry due to hormonal changes....again dont worry it can be sorted out,,,

if it persists fr quite a long period then then there is something fishy...
well, dont worry every problem has a solution..so relax..
pain during sex is called dyspareunia....its bcz of infection of female private parts..treatable..so relax
well with abv short discussion u can try out my suggestion:-
1.have patience things will settle down slowly..take out ur tension,,njoy the process..
2.u can use 2% lignocaine jelly 4-5min before having intercourse..juz 2-3 drops...its aviable at ur nearby medical stores at affordbl prices...
3.if the problems persists after few months..or if problem gets exaggerated,,whichever is earlier ,,then visit a nearby gynecologist to rule out cause of dyspareunia ..
y am i suggesting gynecologist is that they hav a sound knowledge about female anatomy and its normal n abnormal body functions..so they can give precise opinion n treatment...
i hope tis was informative enough, helpful n useful fr ur query..
regards:dr.sudha rani panagar...
