Thank you for using our service. The pain you're feeling in your lower vaginal area is perfectly normal. The baby is moving a lot to get comfortable for his/her future delivery sometimes producing pressure in your genital area. The pain you are feeling is from the stretching in the pelvic area. My recommendation is to drink a lot of water and to not massage the belly to avoid contractions. I hope my advice was helpful. Thank you. -Dr.JC
