How To Treat Pain And Water Retention In The Knee Causing Itchiness In Legs And Back?

I have been retaining water, pain in my joints and I laid down to try and stop the swelling from getting to bad, now I am itching on my feet, legs, lower back, palms of my hands, and my head. I felt like a cold might be coming on but I m not stuffy yet

Consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan done.

We have to rule out conditions like knee joint effusion.
