Hello,
You have history of warts on penis and are now experiencing pain radiating from stomach to penis down the anus. You should get clinically examined by a GP to swab the anal region to detect warts. The treating doctor may recommend you to take an anal pap test to detect high risk
HPV strains that may cause cancer. You will be treated accordingly if tests are positive.
However, you should get
urinalysis (R/E and C/S), blood tests, post prostatic
massage tests and imaging tests done to detect UTI,
prostatitis, proctalgia fugax, etc. You will be given conservative treatment or recommended surgery if required depending on the severity of your symptoms and pathology detected. In the meantime take antacids, PPIs or spasmol (
spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when needed. Stay well hydrated and avoid sexual contacts & addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
