im 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant. im having sharp stabbing pains in my vagina area and butt. pressure in my lower back that feels like I have to use the bathroom when I don't. I cant keep anything down not even water. my feet and hands have gotten swollen. what should I do

Hi, thanks for using HCM.

lower back pain and pain in vagina are due to stretching of lower uterine segment and increased curve of spinal card. Which is commonly seen in pregnancy. not to worry

Some amount of swelling of foot is common, but it decreases with rest.
As you have swelling of hands and feet need to get examined by a doctor.
Raised blood pressure is one of the common reason for this. Get liver function test, urine routine, and blood test need to get done.

Consult your doctor early for further management.
