How To Treat Pain On The Hand Caused Due To An Injury?

I went fish about a week ago and while I was trying to pick up the fish it cut me after a couple day I reliaze there and is 2 marks on my hand and I believe it s the fishes scale and it doesn t hurt in my daily activities but it does hurt when I apply pressure on it I m nit sure if it s ok and it will go away or it can be something serious.

Hi.
As per your case history of traumatic pain, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling for 5-7 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
