How To Treat Painful Bladder And Dark Brown Urine With Bad Smell? Citro Soda And Antibiotics Not Working

hallo doctor please can you help me i have a very painful bladder everyday my pee is dark brown and smells very bad i pee about 50 times in 24 hours i don t get any sleep can doctor please tellme what can i use our doctors here just give me citro soda and antibiotics everytime it does not help is there any medicine that i can use

Hi, It seems that you are having urinary teact infection(UTI) . I would advice you to get your urine culture and senstivity , to look for the the causative organism and then take antibiotics accordingly. meanwhile take lots of fluids and maintain good hydration.You may obtain symptomatic relief from a bladder analgesic, such as phenazopyridine, to be used for 1-2 days( if you have no sulpha allergy).
Drinking cranberry juice or taking cranberry tablets may offer some benefit in reducing recurrent UTI
