Hi there..I have been experiencing approximately 8-12 clear liquid pimple like bumps only on the back of my head near my hairline ..Some go away and more appears..If I try to pop them it s just all clear liquid...Very painfully and irritating...Any idea what they would be and what I can do to treat them... Thank you..

Hi,

It is acne keloidalis nuchae.

Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

Antibiotic like minocycline and isotretinoin in low dose for the long time would improve the condition.

Apply tretinoin gel 0.012% on the lesions.

Antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs may be considered. Apply antibiotic cream.
