How To Treat Painful,red Bump Under Breast?

I have a hard, painful red bump about the size of a silver dollar under my right breast, it has a black pin prick size center. I drew a ring around the red part and it seems to be getting bigger, it is also warm to the touch warmer than the rest of my chest.

Well come to HCM
The swelling can be treated with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day this could be infective lesion and watch for the formation of abscess if the symptom does not improved then this need be examined clinically, hope this helps.
