Hello, I have a 9 year old daughter, and she often has difficulties falling asleep, because she is terrified of being asleep and not thinking. A little while ago I think she had a panic attack about falling asleep -- she said she was sweating and she thought she would throw up. She doesn t have this every night, but I have to sit with her most nights while she falls asleep. Tonight was particularly bad. Should I be concerned? Should I take her to a child psychiatrist? Thank you...
