How To Treat Peeling Of Patch Of Skin Due To Glandular Skin Problem?

Hi, I have been to 3 dermatologists for an answer. I initially went because I have a small patch of skin that would keep coming off there would be even a little redness maybe blood it had been treated previoulsy as a skin pre-cancer. The first derm froze it as had been done previously and this usually helps for several years. After this freezing I noticed an area next to it that was raised a had slightly yellowish color (sometimes) It also was itching alot and making me sneeze. It also hurts sometimes. I had noticed this years ago but it was less noticeable and I just thought that my nose had an asymmetrical shape to it at the tip. The last derm Dr. said that it is a glandular skin problem and that nothing can really be done about unless it really gets bad/large and proturdes thru the skin....it can then be sanded down or perhaps lasered off.
