HIV AIDS Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

It is wiser get examined and treated by a specialized physician on STD. It may be a mixed infection of Gonorrhea and Chlamydia or an isolated infection with either one of these. It may be a marker of urethritis obviously, but there is likely chances of hidden STDs/HIV other than Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. Some strains of Gonorrhea may be resistant to Azithromycin and not respond to the dosage. You may be need tests for cure following treatment.
So it is better for you to have a consultation with a Demato-Venereologist or a Genito-urinary physician. Investigations are necessary before starting treatment. Have the treatment under his supervision.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
