I have several head aches every morning and afternoon.dont know why.and also dont know the reason behind then most especially it get worst when its too hot.pls help me and give me some advise to do i didnt take any medicine cause im pregnant.thanks,marlyn here

in my opinion it could be due to chronic sinusitis please visit your doctor for detailed examination
take tab acetaminophen for pain relief
have adequate sleep for 8 hours
avoid stress lead a happy and jovial life
Take.multivitamin supplements
