Doctor, Sometime back while playing, my friend received a direct slap from me on her right ear. Since then it s brutally paining.. There s no swelling or bleeding but it s paining internally at a specific point.. The pain is not consistent, its increasing and decreasing at regular intervals along with loss in hearing.. Kindly reply about the treatment as we are worried..
