How To Treat Pimple/cyst Between The Breasts On The Breast Bone?

Hi I have a pimple /cyst between breasts on breastbone. I have had it about a year, however it now is tender to the touch, itchy and red, I sweat a lot in this area and have recently increased my workout intensity I am wondering how to treat it. Thanks

Most cysts go away by themselves and are nothing to worry about.
If the cyst is large or causing discomfort, your specialist may draw off the fluid using a fine needle and syringe.
If the cyst is small it doesn't require treatment.
