Hi, I am bout 15 years of age never had any sexual activites. late last year i noticed some what looks like a clear pimple that had no pain or no puss inside i thought it would go away after a while ( im a regular cleaner of my genitilia ) but it didint it continued to spread around my penis shaft, I can feel these lumps through my skin as well.
