How To Treat Pimple On The Right Hand Side Of The Testis?

I had a pain few weeks back at the outer sink on my right hand side below my testis. Did a proper check and found it swollen like a pimples. In long period it’s was in white color. 100 % looks like a pimple. I start wash using warm water. It’s broke and starts discharge while color liquid and the swollen part became small. As of today it’s slowly drying. I’m a bit worry why this thing happens. Do I need to consult a doctor?. Pls Adv

Thanks for your query.
The pimple has already been draining and is reducing in size. This was a small abscess that has discharged nicely.
You may not need any active treatment as such other than applying locally Liquid Povidone Iodine to keep the area sterile.
An opinion of a General Surgeon will help to have a final diagnosis whether this was just an abscess or a part of fistula in ano, and you may get a valid prescription of a few days for early and complete healing.
Please get this done.
