How To Treat Pimples Which Are Red And Itchy During Pregnancy?
Hi Doc i got very dry skin and lots of pimple deep scar darkspot and big pores,i been trying lots of product but it didn t work in am 5 months pregnant and its embarrassing that i had lots of pimples and redness and itchy.can u please tell me what would i do?

As per your case history, you are having prurigo of pregnancy. My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like Fusiderm-b cream twice daily on the affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetirizine twice daily for seven to ten days. If the problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
