How To Treat Pimples With Black Spots In The Body?

I used practin and decdan tablet 6 year ago. after 1 month i was found many pimple in my back side after this i stop taking tablet but till now i have facing skin related many reaction after one by one. now my face damaged 30% from pimple in my face many balck spot of pimle, and also i weak my bones i feel it. and pimple coming not stopping also it is dull my face. Please u have solution for this. please help me i from little city no one give me right solution by any doctor. plz help.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples with black spots in the body which is due to hormonal changes, clogged pores of salivary glands and due to dead skin. Need not to worry. You should wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. Apply Clindamycin gel and Benzoyl peroxide containing gel over the black spots. You should apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals. You should use anti-acne medications such as Isotretinoin which offers any chance of long term cure and there are no chances of recurrence. Avoid any steroid based cream. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-abrasion, dermabrasion and chemical peeling. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course .
