Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on face, there can be many factors responsible for pimples like hormonal changes , stress , oily skin and excessive exposure to sun . I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is safe and very effective . Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin . Exfoliate your skin with non comedogenic exfoliant once a week to remove dead skin . If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment . Doctor may prescribe retinoid ointment and antibiotic like minocyclin. You can go for laser therapy as well. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water ,
Hope your concern has been resolved.
