How To Treat Poor Penetration During Intercourse As The Erection Does Not Last?

I have trouble inserting my penis into my partner.
Everything is fine up until the moment I put the condom on where it will go a little softer but usually more foreplay can fix that, and then when I go to insert her. When I guide my penis to insert her it goes a little softer again which makes it difficult to insert it, because it is not as hard as it should be I get frustrated which often results in it going down completely after a few failed attempts.
Although I am having this problem with intercourse there is no troubles anywhere else, meaning sexual play besides intercourse.
What could be the problem?

Hi. If everything is fine until you put a condom, the only reason is the anxiety which spoils the real act. If you are married and do not want a baby, why not use intravaginal spermicidal jelly so that the condom part can be sidelined. Try and not use condom during the safe period. Everything will be alright. You just have to get it to a level of no anxiety.
