i get married and i found problem while i do sex with my wife. always i am trying to do sex with her my pennis become wet and it's continue that's the reason i cannot do with her long time. only three minutes. after that my pennis become shorter and week. my age is 29. weight is 58. married time only 07 months. i am leaving aboard(saudi arabia) before seven months i go vacation after seven and half years after marriage. before marriage i do some bad things with my boyfriend. please doctor help me what i can do now. because my wife is not happy with me. please reply. please

This problem is more or erectile dysfunction. For this I would suggest you to take tablet tadalafil 10 mg 2 hrs before intercourse. And you will see the result. But be cautious that you donot take more than recommended dose on your own.

Premature ejaculation is considered a problem if your partner is complaining that she is not getting proper satisfaction. As per my opinion 3 minutes time is pretty normal. But if you are really bothered about your poor performance then you can consult a Psychiatrist for proper opinion.
Try to divert your attention while engaging in sexual activity. This will prolong the ejaculation time. Engage in foreplay which will help to sustain erection.
