I am 50 years old.My weight is 72 kg. I am free from any serious ailments like B.P.,diabetes,asthma or heart problem. However I have premature ejaculation problem.Suggest me any suitable medicines so that I can prolong my performance and fully satisfy my partner.

Dear I read your scenario you should take tablet SILDENAFIL (5 ALPHA PHOSPHODIESTRASE INHIBITORS). YOU SHOULD avoid over use of penis for sex and should avoid excessive hand practicing (masterbution). You should take this tablet 30 mints before sex. For dose it is available in 100mg.if you have any question about this further you can ask me . hope you will be better very soon.

I can understand your problem looking to your age this may not be the premature ejaculation, keep the habit of good exercise, have good sleep, eat healthy, reduce the anxiety level if any, this will go away, build atmosphere before coitus, hope this information helps you good luck.
