How To Treat Premature Ejaculation?
hello doctor, i am 26 years old, i am doing masturbation since i was 1 years old, these days i have lessened it, but the problem is , i am facing pre-mature ejaculation vary deeply. what can i say, it is like less than 15 seconds, and most worrying is that whenever i am going somewhere with my girlfriend, it seems like my penis gets always erected, like i am having sex with her at bed, this is very annoying for me. I even try my best to take away my concentration from her to reduce that moment, but it just doesn t help :(

For patients presenting to me with premature ejaculation I would like to first rule out presence of any other psychiatric disorder and treatment of premature ejaculation is done accordingly.
