How To Treat Premature Ejaculation?

i am 25 years male .i have never made any sex in my life before.but 2 months ago i try to enjoy the pleasuer with one lady.but before i do sex my penis ejaculates.i feel sham of my self before the lady.she can not able to get stisfaction from me.then another day also i try.when she catch my penis without doing sex i ejaculate soonly.oh i feel shy and i am not confident to share advice with any friend of me please help me

It is common in young males to ejaculate early or even before penetration during first few intercourses. This might be happening because of increased sexual excitation which is causing penis to ejaculate earlier. I would recommend you to try relaxation exercises and to keep yourself calm. Try to divert your attention away from her during intercourse. This will help to prolong erection and ejaculation time will increase. If problem persist again then consult a Psychiatrist for expert opinion.

Medicines like Escitalopram, Fluoxetine, Dapoxetine prolong ejaculation time and help in pre mature ejaculation.
