hello and welcome to health care magic,

I assume that by cold you either mean nose discharge, or sneezing or may be nose block.
In any of these case the problem in your case is allergy as it is seasonal. You can do these:
-avoid dust and direct exposure to dust
-take a good anti histamine in consultation with your ENT like levocetrizine
-take steam inhalation for nose block
-keep your home and office area clean like cleaning the AC filters etc

if better then fine or else meet an ENT with good experience in the management of allergy.

regards

Dr Sriram Nathan
