How To Treat Pus Bubble Post Squanamous Cell Carcinoma Surgery?

Hi, I had squanamous cell carcoma surgery on my back four months ago. The stiches healed nicely. But about three days ago, as I stretched my back by reaching forward, I felt a slight sting or pinch in the location where the sutures were. Now there is a pus bubble there and it has an occasional itchy sting. Will this go away?
