I have a persistent Rash on one arm ,lower back and one thigh . I have lupus and RA -- I have had these rashes for three years. Could the plaquinel I take case this or are they most likely just a result of my Lupus. I see my doctor(s) reg. and have even seen a dermatologist. They just give me diff. topicals and nothing has helped. Sun intensifies them . HELP

How To Treat Rash On Arm?
Hi, I have gone through your query and the rash is most likely related to lupus. It doesn’t seem to be related to your drugs. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
