a patient is sufferingfrom raynauds from past 3 year, since last one year he has develope stricture esophagus and also pain in thorasic regio.. i know i is systemic sclerosis, i want to that is there permanent cure for the same.. if it is there... then where?

if there is stenosis or stricture in esophagus
dilatation should be done to dilate ur esophagus
along with steroids for systemic sclerosis treatment.
dilatation is done under general anaesthesia with Bougies.
