Hi and welcome to HCM,

In my opinion first you have to do CT scan of abdomen to rule out malignancies. Liquid paraffin , Unienzyme three times daily can be administered . Take more fibre containing diet, green vegetables. Avoid spicy foods. Please consult your doctor.
