How To Treat Recurring Fever (101.2) Despite Medication In 2 Year Old?
Hello, my son is 2 y/o and for the last three days he's had a recurring fever of 101.2. We'll give him some childrens acitomenophen and the fever will go down, then an hour or so later will come back. Me and my wife have tried all we can and we can't figure it out. The doctors here wont take his insurance (MediPass) and we can't afford the doctor without it... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know whether the kid has any cold, cough, stomach pain, vommiting or loose stools....
So this puts me in a fix as to whether it is safe to continue keeping the kid at home. Well one thing I can suggest is that, kindly add a paracetamol syrp along with the acetaminophen. Please give both the medicines 6 hrly once. Hopefully the fever will come down with it.
If things are not good still, then you would have to visit your doctor.
