Sir, My mother aged 82 years,recently recovered from dyrhea .Her blood platelets counting showing NIL Sodium & low monocytes.Presently ,suffering from high chest conjecture & respiration problem.Kindly suggest.

1. Ecg, 2d echo to rule out cardiac diseases.
2. Chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out lung diseases.
So better to first diagnose herself and then start appropriate treatment.
