How To Treat Runny Poo Along With Severe Headache After Getting Up?
Hello, every time i wake up im fine and then when i go to the bus stop to go to school i feel ill and always needing to poo, once i get to school they are really runny water poo and always after it comes a huge headache and i dont know how to help it. what do i do?

You may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome with a migrainous headache. Other possibilities stomach infection or food allergy etc.
Without proper history and physical examination, it is difficult to say what it is.
Use tablet sporulac.
Get it done stool and urine examination is done.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
