How To Treat Scratchy Bums Happening After Passing Stools And Eating Sugary Items In 2 Yo Child?

Hi dr, my 2 year 3 month old daughter feels bum scratchy after passing stools or after eating any sugary item. Dr had advised me to give noworm syrup 10 ml for 2 days but unfortunately since she was having heavy cough cold and throat inf, she was put on other medications, so she had 10 ml dosage of noworm only on one single day and refused to have it on other day and even on following day. Wht shuld I do

Hi,
Thanks for asking query on health care magic.
Noworm was prescribed to eliminate thread worms.
Usually single dose will do but to be doubly sure we prescribe 2 doses.
More than the drug maintenance of personal hygeine is more important.
Cut short the nails ans see that she washes her hand before eating.
Wash the underwares in hot water and dry them in sun light.
If more siblings are there all the siblings be treated simultaneously.
If adults are having worms they should also take medicine at the same time to prevent cross infection.
Ivermectin 200 Micro gms/kg body weight as a single dose at bed time is a better alternative.
